Terms of Service — Veritas Workspace

Effective date: October 13, 2026.

Veritas Workspace (myveritasdental.com) is the private work site of Veritas Dental Resources ("Veritas," "we," "us"). By signing in or using a secure link we sent you, you agree to these terms.

Who may use it

Only authorized users may use Veritas Workspace: Veritas staff, and clients or other people Veritas has invited. Your access is personal. Do not share your sign-in or a secure link with anyone else. We may change or end access at any time.

Confidentiality

The site holds confidential business information about Veritas and its client practices, including fee schedules, contracts and provider records. Use it only for the work it was shared with you for, and do not copy, share or publish it except as that work requires.

Acceptable use

• Do not try to reach information or areas you were not given access to.
• Do not upload anything unlawful or harmful, or anything you do not have the right to share.
• Do not try to disrupt, overload or get around the security of the site.
• Do not upload patient information. Follow the instructions on each page about what to send.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate, secure and running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Veritas is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Your agreement with Veritas for its services still applies.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
