Veritas Dental Resources ("Veritas," "we," "us") helps dental practices with insurance credentialing, contracting and fee negotiations. This policy explains what information we collect through myveritasdental.com and the secure links we send to our clients, how we use it, and how we protect it.
In short
- This site is operated by Veritas Dental Resources. Veritas Workspace (myveritasdental.com) is an internal operating platform for Veritas staff and the dental-practice clients we work with. It is not open to the public.
- Google sign-in is used only to verify who you are, using your name, email address and profile picture. Access is limited to accounts Veritas has approved.
- Google user data is used only for sign-in. It is not used for advertising and is not used to train AI models.
- We do not sell information, and we do not share it with advertisers or other vendors.
- To request access, or to see or delete information we hold about you, email jordan@ikacoaching.com.
Who this applies to
This policy covers dental practices that are our clients, the dentists and staff who work with us on their behalf, and anyone who uses a secure link we send them.
Information we collect
- Practice information: practice name, addresses, phone numbers, tax ID/EIN, ownership details, and the people we should contact.
- Provider information needed for credentialing and contracting: licenses, DEA and other certificates, malpractice coverage, CVs, diplomas, specialty and similar professional records.
- Insurance and business information: current insurance participation, fee schedules, contracts, agreements, procedure-code production summaries, and related correspondence.
- Communications: emails, messages, call notes and documents exchanged with you and with insurance companies about your projects.
- Technical information: basic records needed to keep the site secure and working, such as when a link was opened, what was submitted, and the device and browser used.
Information you should NOT send through a secure link
Please do not upload or type the following on a secure link page: Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank account or routing numbers, or any patient information. When we need personal identifiers for credentialing, we will collect them separately through a more protected method.
How we use information
We use information only to provide our services to your practice, including:
- preparing and submitting credentialing applications and contracting documents;
- determining your current insurance participation and negotiating fees;
- communicating with you and with insurance companies and networks about your projects;
- keeping records of the work we performed;
- maintaining the security of our systems and meeting legal obligations.
How we share information
- Insurance companies and networks: we share the information each one requires to process your applications, contracts or fee requests.
- Service providers: we use trusted providers for hosting, email, document storage and electronic signatures. They may handle information only to provide services to us and must protect it.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
Our client pages use only the cookies and storage necessary to make the page work and keep it secure. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies on client pages.
Security
Secure links are unique, expire, and can be cancelled at any time. Information is encrypted in transit, access is limited to Veritas staff who need it for your projects, and sensitive documents are stored with additional restrictions. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe a link was shared with someone who should not have it, contact us and we will cancel it right away.
Keeping information
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain records of the work performed, and meet legal and contractual obligations, and then delete or de-identify it.
Your choices
You may ask us to update or correct your information, cancel a secure link, or ask what information we hold about your practice by contacting us below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.

Veritas staff: signing in to Veritas Workspace
Veritas Workspace is the private work site of Veritas Dental Resources. Only people an administrator has added can sign in. It is used by our staff to manage dental insurance (PPO) credentialing, fee negotiations and related client work.
When you sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture. We use them to identify you on the site and to check that an administrator has approved your email. We do not receive your Google password and we do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
We store your name, email address and access level, and the work you do on the site (notes, updates, emails sent through the site). Data is encrypted in transit and stored with providers that encrypt it at rest (Supabase, Cloudflare, Backblaze and Resend). Staff can ask an administrator to remove their access at any time.
